The location was within driving distance of downtown. The food was good. Not always hot but good. The staff serving food was excellent. Polite got what we needed and always smiling. Our room was great clean, comfortable, and quiet. The shower curtain wasn't long enough so we had to use our towels on the floor to mop up all the water. Only problem was that when we arrived the manager cancelled my reservations when I was mid air on a plane that I had paid for weeks prior. Everything was confirmed and paid for. I was never given an apology. That in my eyes is bad business and some one should take a course on customer service. If it wasnt for Daniel we would have no place to stay that evening. If provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help us. The sad thing is that he told his manager that he needed hime to stay to help figure out the problem and he chose to go home anyways.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Michelle at the front desk, Trish at the lobby bar....super friendly and helpful -- treated us like old friends. Rooms were spacious and had kitchenettes which (although we didn't use) was a great feature for longer term stays. Beds were very comfortable and shower had quick hot water with nice pressure. Hot breakfast every day with plenty of seating in the breakfast area was a treat, and plenty of underground parking with easy entry and exit for the rental car.

The breakfast was delicious and the place where breakfast was served was beautiful and so was our room. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully! My husband had eye surgery and couldn't drive so the hotel was very convenient for us. It was only 4 blocks from where he had surgery. We also had a great view of the Nashville sky line from our room! Our room had a kitchenette and very comfortable sitting area and a very comfortable king bed.

When our flight home was unexpectedly delayed for 5hours they allowed us to stay and use all the facilities whilst we waited. Nice buffet breakfast with good breakfast options to set you up for the day and you can take back up to your room if you wish. Rooms very comfortable and great size.

The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our one bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The breakfast daily was great with a bit of variety change. Maurice and Ralph the shuttle drivers were the best. Leah at the bar was lovely.
